"We're first time home buyers and entered the market around March 2022. We closed on a great home in June 2022. Mary has been great throughout the whole process. We initially were looking at condos and homes on the South Side slope of Pittsburgh, and we understood what it meant to own each property type from Mary's advice. She shows up to the appointments informed about the houses and would give us an idea of what the disclosure is saying better than we could understand. We had to back out of a deal, and she navigated us through that, and also advised us on how to move forward based on that experience. We also had to bid for the house that we closed on, and Mary's advice helped us win without going overboard. Her team at Guaranteed Rate (Jeff, Dana, etc) was also great at helping out with the situation we were in (I am on a visa and I was about to get married).
