"Working with Mary Emma was awesome. Her dedication to making our listing
her top priority was obvious. Between her background as an attorney, eye
for design, and her commitment to our goals, listing our home with her was
clearly the best choice." - Kate & Lucas B.
"Thanks to Mary Emma, we finally found our forever home before it even hit
the market. Without her, we definitely would have missed the opportunity to
buy a true unicorn in Pemberton Heights - a traditional home on a
cul-de-sac with a panoramic view of the downtown skyline! Mary Emma is
hard-working, knowledgeable, connected and collaborative, all of which led
to a smooth and swift transaction!!" - Michelle & Robert S.
"From the time of our first meeting until closing, Mary Emma handled the selling of our home with integrity and utmost professionalism. She is well-connected, attentive and courteous, and her sound advice made for a very smooth process. We were so proud to have Mary Emma represent us and highly recommend her to anyone considering a home sale or purchase!" - Ellie & Grant L.
"I’ve known Mary Emma since we were in law school. She’s intelligent, gracious, has a talent for design and consistently demonstrates real estate acumen. When it came time to hire a Realtor, she was an obvious choice. She priced it with precision and marketed it effectively. She communicated during every step of the sale and proactively tended to the details. Sure enough, my house sold pre-MLS in multiple offers and above asking price just as we had strategized." - Denise C.
"I’ve bought many houses, but my Austin search was conducted mostly from out of state. I’m so glad I had Mary Emma to help. She provided me with the listing information on the house I bought before it ever hit the market. She readily dropped everything and rushed to see it. With her advice, I won the house in multiple offers in a highly competitive market. Her willingness to go the extra mile and familiarity with the local process made the purchase possible and very easy." - Alex W.
"Coming from another state, Mary Emma was an invaluable part of our purchase. She educated us on the local market and practices, knowledgeably guided us through many properties’ features and faults, and her background as a lawyer helped make her uniquely informed about the purchase process. In the end, even in an incredibly tight market, we bought the house of our dreams." - Caroline & Tim T.
