Mary Fletcher

With over 20 years of experience selling real estate along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Mary Fletcher has built a family of real estate clients, peers and business associates. Starting from her first year as a Realtor when she won Rookie of the Year, Mary has consistently been a top producer. Recent success has earned her the title of Top Single Sales Associate at ResortQuest Real Estate from 2015-2018.

Throughout her career, Mary has been involved with the local real estate board. She is a current committee member and past Chair for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Grievance Committee. She stays up to date with news and development in the community as an active member of Walton County Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of her daily involvement with real estate, Mary loves to relax and enjoy the great Florida outdoors. Some of her favorite past times include fishing, boating and paddle boarding in the Gulf of Mexico and Choctawhatchee Bay. She has had the pleasure of running in both the New York Marathon and Disney Marathon.

Currently living just north of Choctawhatchee bay in the up-and-coming area of Freeport, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband of 50 years, their two children and twin grandchildren. She is proud to call the Emerald Coast home and loves helping her clients find their own pieces of paradise!
