Like most people, I'm not found of the significant commission required to sell your home, but I'll have to say in the case of this last transaction, it was worth every penny, (at least to Mary Kathryn as my selling agent). She also probably earned more, dealing with a very difficult buyers agent. She listed our house significantly higher than the other agents we interviewed, had a contract within a week, and successfully navigated the way throughout the transaction.
