Originally from Chattanooga, Tennessee, Mary Lee Schaerer is a proud graduate of The Baylor School (Class of 2020) and The University of Mississippi, where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate, graduating cum laude in 2024.
Coming from a family deeply rooted in commercial real estate and development, Mary Lee’s passion for the industry began early. After completing her degree, she moved to Nashville to launch her real estate career—quickly falling in love with the city’s vibrant energy and diverse communities
