As our Transaction Coordinator, Mary has the important role of ensuring a seamless experience for our clients and agents. She meticulously manages contracts by tracking key deadlines throughout the buying and selling process. With over eight years of experience as an Insurance Claims Specialist and Office Manager for a Public Adjusting Firm, Mary brings exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to her role. Her career also includes diverse roles in real estate, such as Property Preservation, Financial Operations in Real Estate Development, and Commercial Property Management. Mary’s fluency in Spanish allows her to connect deeply with a diverse range of clients and colleagues, enriching her work in real estate. Guided by her late father’s mentorship and emphasis on making a meaningful difference in others’ lives, Mary approaches her work with pride, passion, and an eagerness to learn every day.
Originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, Mary has called South Florida home since moving there for college at 18. Relatively new to Vero Beach, she finds relaxation on the beach and spending time with her fiancé, Glen, her Mom, Elizabeth, and their Cavapoo, Sunny, who brings joy and adventure to their lives. Mary enjoys cooking with her mom and cousins, and fishing trips in the Florida Keys. Her favorite getaway is Las Vegas, though she dreams of exploring Italy, taking her mom on a scenic train trip across Europe, and road-tripping through all 50 states.
