Mary Surber grew up alongside her father, a builder-developer, and learned early what makes a home well-built, what's worth fixing, and where a property's true value lies. Today, she brings that knowledge and perspective to every client she serves.

With 20 years of real estate experience, Mary has helped buyers and sellers with everything from condominiums and family homes to luxury estates, ranches, acreage, agricultural land, and rural properties. She has developed particular expertise in rural and country properties, where wells, septic systems, land use, zoning, easements, access, outbuildings, and other property-specific considerations can make a transaction more complex. Mary understands the importance of asking the right questions and helping her clients navigate the details that come with owning and selling rural property.

Outside of real estate, Mary loves the outdoors. You'll find her at a rodeo, on horseback, or RV camping with her family. She's a lifelong 49ers fan and, above all, loves spending time with her family. She and her husband have two adult children, and one of her greatest joys is being a grandmother.
