After serving 20 years on active duty in the United States Coast Guard as a Chief Surfman, the highest qualification for operating Coast Guard boats in heavy weather rescue missions. He spent years stationed right here on Cape Cod, and there’s no other place he and his family would rather call home.

Sherman began his real estate career in the wake of the 2008 market crash—an experience that shaped his commitment to education-based, client-first service. He understands firsthand that real estate is the strongest generator of wealth for the middle class, and his mission is to help clients make confident, informed decisions that support their long-term financial goals.
