The best thing I learned when I started my career was the importance of listening. An effective REALTORĀ® needs to listen to their client, take time to get to know them and what they genuinely need and desire. Whether I’m helping my buyers find their perfect home or ensuring my sellers get the most value for their property, listening to their needs is always the first step in my process. Good decisions come as the result of good information, so I ensure my clients have the tools and knowledge they need to make the choice that’s right for them. My friendly customer care and proven ability to guide buyers and sellers through a smooth, stress-free experience has earned me a clientele built on 90% referrals and returning customers. I have been doing the job I love since earning my real estate license in 2002. I received my broker’s license in 2006 and through continuing education, have earned four professional designations and am nationally recognized for my multi-million dollar sales. I have a Bachelor degree with majors in marketing and finance from the University of Michigan and before becoming a real estate agent, worked for nine years in the mortgage and title industries . I put this experience along with my creativity, attention to detail and enthusiasm to work on behalf of all my clients. Although my roots are further north, Middle Tennessee has stolen my heart. I love boating, live music, theatre and cooking. I’m 100% Italian and famous among my friends and family for my cannolis!
