About Maryann
Prior to joining Pine Acres Realty at Compass, Maryann enjoyed over 20 years of experience in the human resource and employment transition field from on-boarding and relocation services to outplacement and retirement planning. Maryann worked for Drake Beam Morin Inc. teaching Career Management, Change Management, Entrepreneurial and Active Retirement Programs and assisting employees from numerous national and international companies to navigate their career transition.
She later developed and extensive college/university market, consulting with institutions to re-structure and re-organize their career services programs to fit the needs of a new generation of students and delivering workshops to faculty and staff. In 2001 she worked as part of a team to develop DBM’s E-Career Transition Division and managed the roll out and delivery of a number of national and international transition projects.
Maryann is also an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP) and has a background in design. She has been hired by a number of clients to whom she listed or sold property to stage their homes for sale or to design the interiors of their new residence.
Maryann joined Pine Acres in 2004 where she first specialized in selling properties to clients in Western Massachusetts who wished to purchase real estate on the Cape. Her focus quickly expanded and she became one of the leading real estate sales people on the Cape. Now, as a full time resident of the Cape she is delighted to further expand her scope of practice. She brings her strong organizational skills, love of interacting with buyers and sellers and knowledge of technology and the real estate market to every transaction, creating a seamless and enjoyable process.
