An Emerald Coast resident and Realtor for more than two decades, Maryjo Morris is an expert on the neighborhoods, lifestyle, and overall market in the Scenic Highway 30A corridor in Florida’s Panhandle. She represents buyers, sellers, and investors in luxury residential real estate throughout the region, with a focus on homes and condominiums in Santa Rosa Beach/30A, Miramar Beach, and Destin.

With a BS in Construction Management, Maryjo started out as an engineer in commercial development and later became a Project Manager for GE, where she worked with contractors, architects, and designers on large-scale commercial projects. Her multi-hyphenate business knowledge and management expertise fortify her foundation as a Realtor; she intimately understands the real estate world from all angles, providing her clients with insight and recommendations based on her comprehensive industry background. Her approach is centered on honest, transparent communication and guiding buyers and sellers seamlessly through the process to get them where they want to be. Matched with her warm energy and down-to-earth personality, Maryjo brings joy to the real estate journey and maintains her relationships with clients far past the closing date.

Originally from St. Louis, Maryjo spent a lot of time throughout her childhood in the Emerald Coast visiting her extended family. She has seen firsthand the evolution of the area over the last several decades, offering clients a deeper understanding of the region’s history and culture and an appreciation for its charm and nuances. She has been involved in the community through volunteering at state parks and serving as a board member of Friends of Eden Gardens State Park and Florida State Park Foundation. She is also a mermaid alumnus of Sirens of the Deep Mermaid Camp in Weeki Wachee Springs. For leisure, she enjoys CrossFit, tennis, and spending time cultivating her plant and herb gardens.
