Marzena Annis is the newest addition to the Jolanta Johnson Group at Compass Florida LLC.

Born and raised in Warsaw, Poland, Marzena developed a passion for real estate at an early age. After completing her undergraduate studies in Poland, Marzena made the bold decision to move with her family to the United States and start a new life in Florida close to her sister Jolanta Johnson.

Despite the challenges of starting over in a new country, Marzena quickly adapted to her new surroundings and embraced the opportunities that lay ahead. With her natural charm, tenacity, and determination, Marzena quickly established herself in retail and later in the real estate industry, quickly earning her license and becoming an expert in the local market.

Marzena has a deep understanding of both the Polish and American cultures, which has proved invaluable to her clients. She is fluent in both languages, making her a bridge between the two communities, and has a keen insight into the unique challenges that her clients face when buying or selling property.

Marzena’s approach to real estate is characterized by her relentless focus on her client's needs and her unwavering commitment to ensuring their satisfaction. Though she has made Florida her home for over 15 years, Marzena remains deeply connected to her roots and frequently travels back to Poland to visit family and friends.
