Mason Pennington, a rising star in the world of real estate who’s been immersed in the industry since before he could drive. Co-hosting his first open house at just 14, Mason’s passion for real estate has always been a part of him. After earning his license as soon as he turned 18, he dove headfirst into the business.
A Jacksonville native, Mason has grown alongside the city, exploring every nook and cranny and learning about the unique neighborhoods. Raised by a family deeply rooted in the real estate community, Mason’s interest naturally led him to join the family business. Surrounded by mentors who are pillars of Jacksonville’s real estate scene, he’s learned from the best and is now bringing that wealth of knowledge to his own clients.

While in college, Mason further honed his skills by working at a staging company, where he developed a sharp eye for design and learned how to curate homes that attract buyers. His work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a seamless experience for clients have made him a trusted guide in the real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Mason is all about exploring what makes Jacksonville unique. Whether it's checking out the latest local spots or enjoying a weekend hike he’s always on the move.
