Mason Sand is an educator and real estate professional who began his real estate career teaching first time homebuyer classes and running affordable housing lotteries in Watertown. Mason created the homebuyer curriculum and taught over 500 students, helping first-time buyers access affordable loans and properties throughout Massachusetts.
As a real estate agent, Mason's focus is on building community through education and financial empowerment. A highlight of this work is his Community Heroes initiative, where Mason gives back a percentage of his sales commission to help police, firefighters, educators, medical, and non-profit workers invest in the communities they serve.
A proud father to a 15 and 10 year-old, Mason lives in Newton, after living in the City of Boston for 17 years. He was formerly a teacher and administrator in public, charter, and private schools in the Boston area and looks to leverage that background to help people make realistic and informed choices for buying, selling, renting, and investing.
