The Massey Allen Group (MAG) is built on local roots and a simple mission: protect our clients’ money and guide them to the best possible outcome in real estate. Founded by Ed Massey and Tim Allen Jr., both raised in Contra Costa County, MAG combines lifelong local knowledge with disciplined systems to deliver a luxury-level experience to every client, whether you’re buying your first home or selling a signature estate.

Ed is a third-generation East Bay resident with lifelong ties to the community, known for his strong communication, creativity, and ability to anticipate client needs. Tim’s background in aviation instilled the precision, systems, and problem-solving skills he now applies to complex transactions. Together, they lead MAG with a balance of deep local roots, disciplined systems, and a client-first mindset.
