About Maté
Maté Granic began his real estate journey in 2014, and for over a decade
he has helped clients achieve their real estate goals while building a deep
network of trusted professionals to support every aspect of homeownership.
Throughout his career, he has prioritized others' needs first, simple
philosophy that has earned him a strong client base and genuine friendships
within the industry and among the families he's served.
Growing up in Serbia, he captained the Serbian national rugby team at the
U-18 and U-20 levels and served as vice-captain for the senior team. During
this journey, Maté honed his leadership skills, communication and teamwork.
That same drive carried into his real estate career: he served on the
Agent Leadership Council at his previous brokerage for multiple years, now
sits for four years on the Miami and R World Association of Realtors (the
largest board in the country) as Residential Chair and YPN Chair, and has
been named State Director for Florida Realtors multiple times.
His commitment to continuous learning led him to earn the CRS (Certified
Residential Specialist) designation in December 2018, a credential held by
fewer than 3% of Realtors and often considered the gold standard in
residential real estate. True to that mindset, one of the first questions
Maté asks every client at the closing table is simple: what could we have
done better?
Since 2019, Maté has ranked in the top 1–2% of producers in Miami, a
distinction he attributes directly to the clients who have trusted him with
their real estate goals. In 2020 Maté was named as a top 20 under 40
agents, an elite group of young professionals leading the real estate
industry.
