"We had a very unique property in downtown New Bedford - a large historic home, on a large lot that had just gotten through an extensive interior and exterior renovation. I can proudly say it was truly a gem, a very unique property. Knowing this, to recoup all the capital we had invested into it, a standard "throw up a 'for sale' sign, list it on MLS, have an open house weekend" sales approach would not have cut it. We needed a bespoke strategy for a bespoke home that would attract the niche buyers this house would be a perfect fit for. The Matthew J.
