About Matt
Matt Bobby has devoted the entirety of his 21+ year career in real estate to the Fort Lauderdale area. So rest assured he is poised to provide you with a level of service that is steeped in local knowledge, and underscored by achievements including recognition as a top sales agent and member of a top-producing team. Having worked in IT for over 20 years before relocating to Fort Lauderdale from Cleveland, Ohio and making the professional switch, Matt takes a consultative approach to his selling style, benefitting buyers and sellers with a loyalty-first, strategic mindset.
Matt believes what really makes a difference to people is not just how you work with them when everything goes right, but how you continue to support them when something does not go according to plan. Resolving a complex issue with integrity and commitment not only makes for a happy customer, it builds customer loyalty for life. Fortunately for Matt’s clients, things go right far more than not.
As serious as Matt is about his professional obligations, he has earned the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and is a member of the exclusive Master Brokers Forum, an invite-only association of brokers. He is equally passionate about the people, and the area in which he lives and works. While he greatly enjoys being a Realtor, he believes that buying or selling a home should be a fun and exciting process for his customers as well.
Matt completed his undergraduate degree in business administration and marketing at Ohio Northern University and received an MBA from Miami University in Ohio. Personally, Matt enjoys international travel, keeping fit, and dining out.
