About Matt
Matt is passionate about real estate and investing. Having lived in Chapel Hill and Raleigh his whole life, Matt has witnessed decades of tremendous growth in the Triangle. With a degree in finance from Virginia Tech, Matt leverages financial knowledge and his Triangle expertise to help buyers find the perfect home and his sellers attract the best offers. Matt also owns a real estate investment firm with his Brother, Chris. His firm focuses on renovating distressed properties in the Triangle and Triad. 
 
In his spare time, Matt owns and operates Green Shoots, a compost pickup service for his neighborhood in Wendell Falls.
