About Matt
Matt is a Grammy-nominated recording artist and songwriter who has been in the music business since 1999. With over 1 million records sold, hundreds of song placements in film and television, and having toured all over the world, Matt has decided to put the road life on hold and follow another passion of his: real estate.
Matt and his wife found a home in the Nashville area in 2007. He has been obsessed with real estate since. Upon completing his coursework, Matt has been dedicated to helping people make wise and informed decisions concerning the purchasing and selling of their homes. He approaches real estate with unmatched energy, passion, and professionalism and always goes above and beyond clients’ expectations regarding service. He provides excellent guidance, assuring his clients are in the best possible position when navigating all of his clients real estate needs.
Although Matt plans to continue to write songs and make records, real estate is his current passion, and he is excited to see it grow beyond the success of his music career. However, aside from his dedication to music and real estate, Matt is a devoted family man, setting aside time for his wife Nicole and daughter Lily Grace and son Hudson James. When he’s not busy selling houses, Matt enjoys watching football, volleyball, coaching basketball and serving at Church Of The City in Franklin TN.
