Matt Fuller

With a career spanning over two decades dedicated to San Francisco real estate, Matt Fuller is a seasoned real estate professional and industry leader. From volunteer industry leadership to running a brokerage or making deals happen no matter the market, Matt brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to SF real estate.

Prior to joining Compass as a Broker Associate, Matt's journey in real estate began in 2002. Matt left a successful career at Apple to join a local SF broker where he remained for 17 years before founding his own brokerage that he successfully ran for 7 years before joining the Compass family. Since then, Matt has sold hundreds of millions of dollars of real estate, with 98% of his business concentrated in San Francisco.

Matt's dedication extends far beyond transactions; he has played a significant role in organized real estate. He served as the 2017 President of the San Francisco Association of Realtors and held various leadership positions, including Director and Chief Financial Officer. His influence reached the state level as a Director for the California Association of Realtors and Vice-Chair for the MLS Policy Committee.

Outside of work, Matt is a devoted father, husband, and dog lover, with a passion for fitness. Whether at the gym or spending time with his family, he embraces an active lifestyle.
