I began my real estate career in 2004 and have spent more than 20 years advising clients across a broad range of real estate transactions throughout the Puget Sound region. My experience includes land acquisition, entitlement, development opportunities, new construction home sales, residential sales, investment real estate, REO properties, and select commercial projects.
I bring extensive experience across the real estate matters I handle, with particular depth in land acquisition, development feasibility, zoning, entitlement strategy, property valuation, and complex property issues. My work is centered on helping clients recognize the full potential of a property, understand the risks and opportunities, and move forward with a clear and practical strategy.
Over the years, I have built strong working relationships with engineers, consultants, builders, lenders, brokers, and other real estate professionals. These relationships, combined with my market knowledge and transaction experience, allow me to help clients evaluate opportunities with confidence and navigate each stage of the process with clarity.
I have also represented regional and community banking institutions, along with numerous trustees, in the management and sale of REO assets, including land portfolios and residential properties. That experience strengthened my ability to handle complex assignments, valuation issues, title and access challenges, and transaction coordination from assignment through closing.
Today, I work with builders, investors, property owners, buyers, and sellers across multiple areas of the market. Whether evaluating land for future development, advising on a property’s development potential, guiding clients through residential purchase and sale transactions, or helping investors assess an opportunity, my focus is on providing thoughtful guidance, strong market insight, and practical solutions.
