Matt Herriman

From an early age real estate was a part of Matt’s life. Whether tagging along to showings or attending auctions, he was right at home with his grandfather and mother as they ran their real estate and auction company. Though a career in real estate was always on his mind, Matt began his professional life elsewhere gaining invaluable experiences through his work in ministry, financial planning, and politics. His past political endeavors include working alongside Governor Bill Lee as part of his team overseeing the success of Lee’s legislative priorities, managing the state senate campaign for Shane Reeves, and acting as Political Director for the Tennessee State Senate GOP Caucus. Additionally, Matt spent over 3 years spearheading political and lobbying efforts across four states for the National Rifle Association. Even now as he works with real estate buyers, sellers and investors, Matt continues his work in the political space as Director of External Affairs and Development for Noble Education Initiative, a charter school organization based out of Florida. In this role, he helps oversee the organization's political and government relations strategy, as well as their efforts in the real estate development and management space. Through these experiences Matt has no doubt learned the value of hard work and developed outstanding communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

A West Tennessee native, Matt values family, faith, ethics, and relationships building his career on trust and integrity. Matt currently resides in Murfreesboro with his wife Morgan and their three children Judah, Isaiah, and Norah.
