"Working with Matt was a pleasure. We are out of state and he made the transaction easy and effortless even though there was so much distance. I highly recommend him." - Shawn

"Matt has been my realtor for 6 years. He first helped me purchase an incredible condo in Brentwood (OFF MARKET). If the condo had hit the market I would have been outbid but Matt made it happen. He then helped my wife and I find our forever home in Valley Village. We had to sell my wife's house in the OC, my condo in Brentwood and enter into the purchase for our home (on contingency of selling the Brentwood spot). Impossible right? Wrong. Matt sold both properties for a hefty profit and helped us negotiate the price down on our forever home. We are starting a family in this incredible house, all thanks to Matt's hard work. In an industry of fast-talking sharks, Matt is the genuine article, real deal." - Keith

"Great overall experience. Matt was very responsive and active during the whole process. He has in-depth knowledge of Los Angeles area and its history."

★★★★★
"I had a great experience with Matt and he was extremely helpful in my transactions. I was selling my condo and buying my first house at the same time and he guided me thru both processes at the same time with not only selling, but buying. Any question I had or issue that came up, he knew exactly what to do, how to handle it, and always in a professional manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone and will definitely go to him again for my real estate needs!"

"Matt helped us sell our house in 2020 right after the pandemic outbreak. He went above and beyond to put us in a great position and helped us at every step as we worked to close out our transaction. Not only is Matt super knowledgeable about the market (helping us get top dollar), but he has this unflappable demeanor that you want from someone shepherding you through a really momentous life event. I can't recommend him highly enough."
