For more than a decade, I've built my practice as a Team Principal at Compass around the work most agents don't touch. I've partnered on over three dozen rehab and new-construction projects — so I understand a property not just as a listing, but as something that can be improved, repositioned, and built. That perspective shapes how I advise every client.
I specialize in long-term investment and portfolio sales, helping clients build and manage real estate as an asset rather than just a place to live. I also work extensively with physicians and relocation clients — two groups that need a broker who can move quickly, anticipate problems, and protect their interests when they don't have the time or local knowledge to do it themselves.
A few things I believe: your primary residence is an investment, no matter your station in life — though it's fine to choose to ignore that. The expectation of endless appreciation is unrealistic and a little dangerous; your real gain or loss depends on location, layout, structure, risk, and timing, not just the price you paid versus the price you sold. And no single market tells the whole story — there are micro-markets that move on their own forces, and knowing them is the difference between guessing at a value and forecasting one.
I believe in technology, and I use it. I'm fast over text and email, but a real conversation is essential to understanding what someone actually needs. And my family comes first — if a conflict ever arises, I may ask to reschedule, but I'll never leave you in the dark or let you miss an opportunity.
