Matt grew up in Briarcliff Manor, New York, and spent several years working in construction before ever stepping into a brokerage, giving him a ground-level understanding of how homes are built, what quality actually looks like, and what drives lasting value. He went on to earn a degree in Real Estate from Syracuse University, pairing that hands-on foundation with formal training in the field.
Matt launched his career in the Hamptons, working alongside top-producing agents across a wide range of transactions. That experience sharpened his instincts and shaped the way he works: with a focus on precise execution, nuanced market knowledge, and client service that never feels transactional. He has since expanded his practice into New York City, where he now advises clients across both markets: from primary residences and second homes to acquisitions and investment assets.
