Matthew Campana

Born and raised in San Mateo, Matt is a lifelong Bay Area native and a graduate of Saint Mary's College in the East Bay. His family founded Anchor Realty over 75 years ago, giving him an early and deep understanding of the San Francisco market.

Matt began his own real estate career in 2017, representing residential buyers and rental clients within the Bay Area. He continued his sales experience over the last eight years working in technology sales, being awarded for having one of the highest sales volumes globally at both Zoom and Notion while also founding the Notion Sales office in Sydney, Australia. From a decade of experience in sales across real estate and technology, Matt brings sharpened skills in reading complex deals, negotiating under pressure, and keeping clients focused on long-term outcomes.

Today, Matt specializes in multi-family and mixed-use investments across San Francisco, bringing a financial and analytical lens to every transaction.
