Matthew Campana

Born and raised in San Mateo, Matt is a lifelong Bay Area native and a graduate of Saint Mary's College in the East Bay. His family founded Anchor Realty Inc. over 75 years ago, giving him an early and deep understanding of the San Francisco market. 

Matt began his own real estate career in 2017, representing residential buyers and rental clients before spending eight years in technology sales, where he rose to become a top producer globally at both Zoom and Notion. That experience sharpened skills that translate directly to real estate: reading complex deals, negotiating under pressure, and keeping clients focused on long-term outcomes.

Today, Matt specializes in multi-family and mixed-use investments across San Francisco, bringing a financial and analytical lens to every transaction.
