Matthew believes real estate is a skills-based business. "The idea that you can make it with good looks and a big personality is just TV. In reality it's very complex."

“Not all my clients work in tech,” Matthew explains, “but in Seattle, we’re all enmeshed in the tech industry. You can’t understand the real estate market without understanding what’s happening in tech.
