When I was a kid, my father bought and sold a curious assortment of Real Estate: a rambler in the suburbs; a farm-house on 100 acres; a fairytale Tudor in a swanky neighborhood; a mountain home in Colorado. As Dad drove me around neighborhoods, I developed an instinctive sense for value. And as Dad put me to work on projects, I learned what is behind the walls! I continued the hands-on work as an adult. I worked on the crew for a high-end Seattle builder constructing a Queen Anne view home, and I remodeled my own homes in Ballard and Magnolia.

Before long, I discovered that my house-knowledge and my strong communication skills could combine to make me an exceptional Realtor. I now bring all my skills and abilities to my Real Estate clients.
