Matthew Merriam

Originally from Walpole, Massachusetts, Matthew is an ambitious, self-starter who joins Compass Realty with a deep passion for helping others. Matthew has spent more than five years working in customer relations while attending school as a full-time student. In the midst of a global pandemic, surrounded by uncertainty, Matthew felt a strong sense of community and connection when visiting family in Jupiter, FL, and made the decision to relocate. His objective is to work alongside his clients to better understand their vision of their future and ease the process by finding the precise home in a community where his clients’ can truly thrive. Matthew is efficient, an excellent communicator, and operates from his core values of consistency, integrity, and purpose.

Consistent improvement through personal growth and continuous learning are priorities to Matthew. In his leisure time, he is most likely spending time with friends and family, hiking with his two Golden Retrievers Ellie and Oliver, or fishing in one of his favorite local spots. Matthew is passionate about giving back and providing hope to the less fortunate in his community. His ability to create connections through his use of empathy and critical thinking allows him to create bonds with people wherever he goes. Matthew is adept at identifying and assessing potential barriers and will exceed expectations through his advocacy, as he values the importance of his clients’ time, money, and vitality.
