Matt Miede

As a Southern California native, Matt has spent much of his life between the coastline and desert oasis of the Greater Palm Springs. For the past 11 years, Matt has successfully closed hundreds of escrows as a NMLS Licensed Mortgage Banker, working with the likes of LoanDepot and Fairway Mortgage. In addition to the services Matt has provided in the Real Estate industry, he is also very much so invested in his own portfolio of income properties, from local to international homes. It is this extensive financing knowledge, paired with his personal experience and passion for the real estate transaction, that gives each of his clients the upper-hand in negotiations.

Matt, his wife Maggie, their son Bastian, and daughter Elle live in the picturesque city of La Quinta, where Matt is very involved in his community and country club. Beyond serving local buyers and sellers, Matt’s mission is to educate and expose those currently living near the coast to all of the opportunities that lie within the desert. Given his roots in Orange County, Matt understands the difficulty finding affordable homeownership along the coastline, and is a staunch supporter of families finding their way to the Coachella Valley for luxury, lifestyle and afforability.
