About Matthew

Matt has been involved with Real Estate in the DMV for over 19 years (13 as a Realtor). He is licensed in Maryland, DC, Virginia and Pennsylvania. He prides himself on getting you the best deal possible, whether its top dollar for your sale or a great deal on your purchase. He also has a reputation of always putting his clients first and a true passion for making sure everyone gets the best service no matter the sales price. He specializes in buyers, sellers, and investors, as well as property management and rentals. Owning and managing many investment properties himself, he can help you through the process of finding, procuring, and earning a top return on investments.

Matt grew up in North Baltimore County then went on to live in Baltimore City for 14 years and is now located in Ellicott City with his wife and two daughters. He attended Dulaney High and then the University of Maryland College Park earning a degree in Psychology with minors in public leadership and kinesiology. He received a Masterā€™s Degree in Counseling at Loyola University and a certificate in Educational Administration. He spent 14 years working in the public school system before moving to full-time real estate. He uses his background in education to teach people about all facets of real estate. Including negotiating tactics, pricing, financing, home construction, market trends/analysis (locally and nationally), local codes, taxes, etc.

Matt was named a "Top Agent" by Baltimore Magazine, Best of Zillow Agent and "Top Producer" by Baltimore Real Producers. He was one of the original founding members of the Elite Partners of Compass Realty and specializes in mentoring new agents.
