About Matthew
Matthew joined Compass 5 years ago after several years in the retail and customer service industries at Abercrombie & Fitch, Polo Ralph Lauren, and most recently, Blue Apron. Across his tenure with Compass, he's worn a number of hats, including stints on the Product, Mergers & Acquisitons, and Agent Experience management teams, before finding a home in Sales Management.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and African & African-American Studies from Duke University, and is happiest when traveling, eating delicious food along the way, and spending time with his ornery hound dog, Dukie. Matthew is passionate about environmental justice and animal rescue, and volunteers regularly at the Animal Haven shelter in Soho.
