Matthew was the founding agent of Home for a Home

Home for a Home is a unique social enterprise using real estate as a vehicle to relieve suffering and provide hope in peoples lives. A portion of each home sale commission is donated towards the funding of a home in the developing world. Home for a Home is a non profit 501c3 organization driven by the belief that a safe, secure home can be the catalyst to dramatic and positive change in peoples lives. Matthew not only funds a build, but also annually volunteers his time by traveling abroad each December to work on site in the construction process, truly connecting communities.

Matthew graduated from the University of NH with a B.A. degree in International Affairs and Spanish. He is inspired by the great outdoors and all it has to teach us. For several formative years he was a student, volunteer and then instructor for the Hurricane Island Outward Bound School. He loves to spend time with friends biking, rock climbing, snowboarding, and kitesurfing. Once again this year, Matthew will be fundraising for www.aidslifecycle.org and will be biking from San Francisco to Los Angeles.
