"We bought our summer home in Ventnor, NJ in 2007 with Matt Vassallo acting as our buyer's agent. During the process, we were impressed by his ethics, professionalism, and the hard work he displayed. We had a very difficult seller and Matt helped us tackle each problem that arose. A week before settlement, the seller asked us to pay for the awning. Of course, we were upset, thinking the awning was included in the sales price as part of the house. When the seller wouldn't relent, Matt stepped forward and paid for the awning. He said, "I sold you a house with an awning; you'll have the awning." Since then, Matt has helped us periodically rent the property and has continued his high level of customer service.
