Our Team
- Joe Erlemann manages the team and its technology, and lives in Kula with his family, two golden retrievers and a potbelly pig. He is an avid sailor who both races and cruises.
- Robert Vafaie co-leads and manages the team alongside Joe, bringing more than 30 years of Maui real estate experience. He lives in Makawao, where he is often in the water surfing with his son.
- Brett Christiansen lives in Paia with his wife and three children and serves on the board of the Paia Youth Center.
- Vince Schurtz is based in Paia and enjoys golf, travel and Ohio State football with his wife, two children and their Labrador.
- Windy Schrader is a Kauai native now living in Napili who loves golfing and beachcombing with her family.
- Heather Zidell moved to Maui from San Francisco in 2017 and brings a background in hospitality and market strategy.
- Frank Siminski is a Kihei surfer and woodworker who crafts pieces from local Hawaiian woods.
- Sherron Lawrence-Daniels was born and raised on Maui and is certified as a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Military Relocation Professional (MRP).
- Brett Borinstein began in residential investment properties and moved to Maui with two daughters, drawn by the island's natural beauty.
- Charlie Schlather has lived on Maui for more than 24 years and brings over 30 years of experience in counseling, mortgage lending and construction.
