Having 25+ years in real estate sales and marketing, Maura McLaughlin provides a thorough knowledge of the marketplace covering southern NH, the seacoasts of NH, southern Maine and the Northshore of Massachusetts. With the wisdom that comes from experience, Maura is acutely aware of the challenges facing home buyers and sellers. She prides herself on thoughtfully evaluating each client’s needs, lifestyle, budget and future plans. Maura earned the Certified Doctors Agent designation. DRS agents’ network is a preferred partner with the American Medical Student Association (AMSA). Maura supports the efforts of physician recruiters from area hospitals giving their interviewing candidates a community tour and sharing her extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. She understands the unique challenges health care providers face in moving their families and practices to a new area. 

Maura earned the prestigious Master in Residential Marketing designation (MIRM) from the National Association of Home Builders. While she successfully assists buyers and sellers with all types of residential properties, she has extensive experience in new construction sales and marketing. Maura believes a home should reflect the character of its owner. She finds it very rewarding to partner with buyers as their dream home becomes a reality. 

In her free time Maura enjoys tennis, skiing, and sailing.
