Maureen Barber

Maureen’s real estate career began unexpectedly while she was studying to be a general contractor. While interviewing with a local, very prominent developer, she was offered a position with his firm on the Real Estate side. He felt that with her outgoing personality, love of building and design and past sales experience she would be a strong addition to his company. After great consideration, she did just that. It turns out that was that person was 100% correct in pointing Maureen in that direction, that was 24 years ago.

From early on Maureen was an instant success. She is a natural when it comes to dealing with people and absolutely loves helping them in all aspects of the industry, whether buying or selling. Maureen will tell you “This is the most rewarding work I could have imagined”. I have been genuinely blessed with the most amazing clientele. That’s why her business is most always referrals from past clients.

Maureen will tell you that her #1 job is to be fully committed to each client’s unique needs and perspective. In this “super-sized” world of “bigger is better” I continue to work my business more like that of a Mom and Pop business of years past. I treat every client as if they are my ONLY client.

Maureen’s philosophy is “quality over quantity”. She loves working “one on one” with her clients and wants to give them the “undivided attention” that she feels they deserve when buying or selling their home. She will always go the extra mile to make the process as effortless on her client’s part as possible. Maureen is very passionate about her work and offers a level of individualized expertise and customer service. Having worked the Northern Palm Beaches since 1998, Maureen knows and understands this every changing real estate market. She also loves the creativity and diversity of the business and says, “you never get bored because there is ALWAYS something new to learn and as we know, knowledge is power”.

In her spare time, Maureen will tell you I am a huge lover of ALL God’s creatures and love to spend my free time with my rescue dog, enjoying the outdoors, kayaking, biking, playing golf, and tennis and just being surrounded by nature. I love attending my Church and helping there when I can. I also have a passion for giving back to the community by supporting causes that are close to my heart, including the Gold Coast Down Syndrome Organization and The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
