About Maureen
I am a Bay Area native, living in both Sonoma and San Francisco. I spent many years as a social worker in the criminal justice system in San Francisco, honing my listening and empathy skills. I began real estate in 2006, when my husband and I started buying single family homes out of state. Turns out, 12 out-of-state properties equals one California property, but we got in the CA market in 2012. Today, we own multi-unit buildings, a single family home and a vacation rental in Sonoma. I have vast experience with landlord-tenant relations, leasing and sales.
