About Maureen
I am a dedicated Broker with over 24 years in residential real estate. My experience counts in the increasingly complex process of buying and selling. My goal for my clients, buyers and sellers, is to get the best price with a timely, smooth transaction, while protecting my clients interests. I am experienced in relocating parties across the United States to North Carolina. I am experienced in selling Luxury & Better homes, a Downsizing Specialist, and a Certified Stager. I am confident whether selling a luxury home, a farm, land, or a townhome.
My previous career in engineering prepared me for handling the myriad details involved in each transaction. I have a strong understanding in finance and am knowledgeable in local lender options. My partners include my assistant and my vendor partners, ranging from attorneys, inspectors, lenders, and contractors, to lawncare and carpet installation. I love working with first time and move up buyers, seniors and downsizers, with an emphasis in Luxury homes and senior downsizers. I have your best interests at heart.
