Max Curtis

Born and raised in Nashville, Max Curtis brings a lifetime of local knowledge and relationships to his real estate career. After graduating from the University of Mississippi, he spent over a decade working at the highest levels of athletics—from Ole Miss Football to the Tennessee Titans—in operations and player personnel. That experience instilled in him a commitment to preparation, adaptability, and teamwork, qualities he now carries into serving clients across Middle Tennessee.

Deeply rooted in the community with over 30 years of close connections throuhgout Nashville, Max is passionate about helping others find their place in the city he proudly calls home. In 2025, he and his wife, Katie, welcomed their first child, Emerson – a milestone that further inspires his dedication to guiding families and individuals through life’s biggest transitions. Joining Nash Native Team at Compass was a natural next step, allowing Max to combine his professional background, strong network, and lifelong love for Tennessee into a career centered on service and relationships.
