Max reached out to me shortly after being connected through Zillow and since then he always did his best to keep me abreast of the entire process I was embarking on. Any time I had a question, if Max didn't already have the answer (which he did most times) he would get back to me in a very timely fashion with the answer. Max not only was responsive but protected me as his client. What I mean by this is, he did not hesitate to point out any flaws in properties that I was viewing to protect me from making a buy that I may regret.
