Maya Kalach

Maya is passionate about helping her clients navigate one of the biggest investments they will make in their lives. She believes that real estate is about more than buying or selling a home. It is about understanding what matters most to each client, providing honest guidance, and being a trusted partner throughout the process.

Maya was born and raised in the Bellevue area and has always had a strong connection to the Eastside community. After high school, she attended Temple University in Philadelphia and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, where she also competed in collegiate athletics and a degree in Business Administration. Her experiences living in different cities gave her a broader perspective while reinforcing her appreciation for the communities she grew up around.

Before transitioning into real estate, Maya worked in corporate America at AlphaSights, where she worked in both the San Francisco and New York offices. During her time there, she helped grow her business segment more than fourfold in three years while working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, including some of the world’s largest investment firms and Fortune 500 companies. 

Real estate has always been a dream and an area of interest for Maya. After watching her mom, Iris Kalach, build a successful real estate career while creating genuine relationships and a strong sense of community, Maya decided it was time to take the leap into real estate and join Iris. Together, they are committed to providing thoughtful, honest, and personalized guidance to every client.
