Meet Angie and Lindsey McDowell — a dynamic mother-daughter real estate duo with deep roots and an even deeper love for the Austin area.

Angie has called Dripping Springs home for over 30 years, while Lindsey was born and raised in Austin and now lives in South Austin. Together, they offer a rare blend of long-time local perspective and next-generation insight—anchored in their personal connection to the city and its surrounding communities. From the Hill Country to the heart of Austin, they bring a deep understanding of the area's neighborhoods, lifestyle, and market dynamics.

Real estate runs in the family. Angie’s husband (and Lindsey’s dad), Duke, has been a custom home builder in the Austin area for 36 years. Angie has spent decades by his side, developing a sharp eye for design and construction, while Lindsey grew up walking job sites, absorbing what it takes to build a home from the ground up. That experience gives them a rare advantage—they understand homes from both the inside out and the outside in.

More than anything, Angie and Lindsey believe in connection. They thrive on building lasting relationships and guiding people through life’s transitions with confidence, kindness, and expertise. Backed by the power of Compass and years of shared experience, they bring a calm, strategic approach to every step of the process.

Outside of work, you’ll find them spending time at church, playing Mahjong, sipping wine, catching up on Taylor Sheridan shows, or escaping the Texas heat with their Goldendoodles for mountain walks in Colorado.
