Having launched her career in the luxury high-rise development sector, she knows the urban vertical landscape inside and out. 

Colleen has joined the Craig Lake Team where we specialize in serving clients from first-time buyers and resellers to multimillion-dollar developers throughout the Greater Boston area. After attending Chicago's Loyola University, Colleen began working in interior design for local and national developers. Working in the preconstruction phase of marquee projects honed her impeccable vision and ability to conceptualize spaces. More importantly, it sparked her passion for real estate sales. In 2002, Colleen earned her license and emerged as a powerful force in new construction sales and marketing. Her credits include several developments in Chicago including the Mandarin Oriental. She completed the sell out in Boston’s Sepia and Siena, the Condos at Ink Block, and most recently Colleen was the Director of Sales at 100 Shawmut in Boston's South End. With a reputation for award-winning sellouts, she's closed more than 200 homes totaling more than $200 million in Boston alone. 

Licensed in Massachusetts and Illinois, Colleen truly shines when working with people, earning their trust and cultivating long-term relationships. Clients praise her responsiveness and tireless work ethic, while her strong negotiation skills, targeted marketing efforts and keen understanding of the urban environment have contributed to record-breaking sales across the board. 

Colleen has resided in Boston for nearly a decade and makes her home at the Residences at the W in Back Bay, steps from Boston Common, Downtown, and South End.
