"We asked McKinley to come see our home in early 2020 to let us know what she thought the selling point might be and if we should fix up anything. We ended up listing on August 1, 2020. McKinley hosted an open house during the threat of a tropical storm! She also had several appointments come through over the course of 2 days. We received 10 offers all at ask or higher. McKinley is extremely knowledgeable about the area and home pricing. We felt comfortable taking her suggestions and advice. She allowed us to make final decisions on everything and always ensured we were comfortable with what was happening.
