Meagan Greene is a Compass real estate agent who has lived and worked in Idyllwild since 2006. She specializes in cabins, vintage homes, and mountain properties across Idyllwild, Pine Cove, Fern Valley, Garner Valley, and Mountain Center, and serves as Treasurer of the Idyllwild Association of Realtors. Timing, access, seasonality, and buyer behavior all affect decisions here. She helps clients understand value early and move forward with clarity rather than pressure.

With more than 100 closed transactions on the mountain, Meagan is known for representing homes with character, from 1930s cabins and architectural A-frames to one-of-a-kind mountain estates.
