Meaghan Montegari is a real estate advisor with Compass and a member of the Laura Carroll Team in Garden City, bringing more than two decades of Wall Street experience to her clients across Long Island’s most desirable communities. Prior to real estate, Meaghan held senior leadership roles at Cantor Fitzgerald, serving as Global Head of Corporate Access and Strategy, and at ICR, where she built and led the firm’s Investor Access platform. She also held positions at Wells Fargo, Scotia Capital, Bank of America, and Citi, advising institutional investors and corporate leadership teams. Her career was defined by rigorous analysis, strategic execution, and a nuanced understanding of complex transactions—an expertise she now applies to residential real estate.
