About Measha
Iām Measha Montoya, a REALTORĀ® proudly serving Central Texas since 2008. My real estate journey began after moving to the Killeen/Fort Hood area in 1999 as an Army wife. Since then, Iāve built both a family with three wonderful daughters, and a deeply rooted career dedicated to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams.
As someone whoās personally navigated military moves, built a custom home, and purchased property with a VA loan, I understand the emotional and financial weight of buying or selling a home. Whether you're relocating, purchasing your first home, or selling land, I bring over 17 years of experience and local market knowledge to guide you every step of the way.
More than anything, I believe in serving with honesty, integrity, and empathy. Your story shapes my strategy, and I work tirelessly to ensure your experience is seamless, personalized, and rewarding.
Iām also a proud community advocate, with a history of leadership including 2024 President of Women's Council of REALTORSĀ®, Past President of the KISD Council of PTAs, Past President of Killeen Ladies Lions Club, past President of the Ellison High School Band Backers and a former board member for the KISD Education Foundation. Giving back is part of who I am, just like helping you find the home that fits your lifestyle, goals, and budget.
Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest decisions youāll make. I take that responsibility seriously, and Iāll always work with your best interests at heart.
