I’m Measha Montoya, a REALTOR® proudly serving Central Texas since 2008. My real estate journey began after moving to the Killeen/Fort Hood area in 1999 as an Army wife. Since then, I’ve built both a family with three wonderful daughters, and a deeply rooted career dedicated to helping others achieve their homeownership dreams.
As someone who’s personally navigated military moves, built a custom home, and purchased property with a VA loan, I understand the emotional and financial weight of buying or selling a home.
